Woman to face court for high range drink driving
A 42-year-old woman will face the ACT Magistrates Court today (27 April 2018), following a collision in a carpark in Tuggeranong on Friday, 13 April 2018.
About 11:00am, police attended a collision and conducted roadside breath screening which indicated a positive result for alcohol for one of the drivers.
The woman was taken to Tuggeranong Police Station for a breath analysis. The analysis returned a result of 0.335, nearly seven times the legal limit of 0.05.
The woman’s full driver’s licence was suspended immediately.
She was charged with drive motor vehicle with alcohol in blood/breath and drive under influence of liquor/drug.
