Witnesses sought to robbery of 100 year-old male

ACT Policing is seeking witnesses to the robbery of a 100-year-old male at a residence in Farrer yesterday (Friday, December 5).

About 11am, an unknown male has forced entry to the residence where the elderly male resided.

Once inside, the male offender has forced access to the locked bedroom where the elderly male was sitting on his bed. The offender took a sum of cash from the elderly man’s wallet before leaving.

The elderly male was unharmed during the robbery.

The only description the elderly male could provide police was that the offender had short dark shaved hair.
