Witnesses sought to attempted aggravated robbery in Stirling

ACT Policing is seeking witnesses to an attempted aggravated robbery at the Weston Creek Labor Club, Stirling at approximately 1.00am Saturday morning (12 August 2017).

Police believe that two people were attempting to rob the Labor Club as it was preparing to close.

The alleged offenders were dressed in all dark clothing carrying a backpack and another unidentified object. They chased the security guard before abandoning the attempt to enter the premises and fled from the location.

Police are calling for anyone who may have seen or heard anything suspicious to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or via the Crime Stoppers ACT website.
