ACT Policing is seeking witnesses to an aggravated robbery at Woolworths Erindale last night (Monday 21 August 2017).

About 9.15pm a male entered the Erindale Shopping Centre and approached the front counter of Woolworths holding a knife.

He demanded money from a staff member, before entering the counter area and removing a till containing a sum of cash. He then fled the area with the till in the direction of a rear cark park.

The male is described as being approximately 170-175cm tall, of slim build, wearing grey track pants, a black hoodie, one red and one white glove and a white cloth face mask.

Police are calling for anyone who may have information relating this incident to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or via the Crime Stoppers ACT website.
