Warrant yields 111 cannabis plants

Yesterday (Thursday, 18 January) City Station general duties members executed a search warrant in Oaks Estate.

After an anonymous report to Crimestoppers, the warrant was executed resulting in the seizure of 111 suspected cannabis plants and equipment for a hydroponic set-up.

A 47-year-old man will be summonsed to appear in court for offences relating to cultivating controlled plants.
