Search warrant reveals stolen goods and prohibited weapons

 A 34-year-old man will be summonsed to the ACT Magistrates Court after officers located stolen goods and prohibited weapons in his home.  

On Saturday (24 June 2023) ACT Policing executed a search warrant in Wanniassa after investigating a theft that occurred earlier this month.  

About 2.10pm officers from ACT Policing's Woden patrol located a number of items including a stolen PlayStation 5, a gold extendable baton and a handheld conducted energy weapon.  

ACT Policing are still working to identify whether any other individuals are involved in the theft.
