Police seeking witnesses to Drakeford Drive collision

ACT Policing is seeking witnesses to a collision that occurred along Drakeford Drive in Wanniassa earlier this week (Tuesday, 1 August 2023).

About 11.40pm police allege a blue Holden Commodore was seen travelling north on Drakeford Drive before crossing over the grass median strip onto the southbound lanes before ending up near a storm drain catchment just south of Athllon Drive. 

The driver, a 42-year-old man (and sole occupant of the vehicle) was transported to hospital by ACT Ambulance Services.  

Police would like to speak to anyone who may have observed the blue Holden Commodore travelling along Drakeford Drive prior to the collision or who may have dash-cam footage.
