Police seek witnesses to alleged assault at Canberra Centre

ACT Policing is seeking witnesses to an alleged assault at the Canberra Centre about 2:25pm on Monday 4 December 2017.

The incident occurred near the Cooyong Street entrance and involved three Canberra Centre security guards and a member of the public.

In particular, police are looking to identify an older male who witnessed the incident. He is described as about 185 cm tall, slim, short hair, wearing a distinctive white flat cap, dark coloured jacket (with a white shirt underneath) and tan coloured pants.

Police are urging the male or anyone who may have any information that could assist police to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or via the Crime Stoppers ACT website. Please quote reference 6206491. Information can be provided anonymously.
