Police seek witnesses to aggravated robbery in Lyneham

ACT Policing is seeking witnesses to an aggravated robbery at the North Lyneham Mini Mart on Colville Street, Lyneham yesterday (Friday 5 January, 2018).

About 4.15pm, a blue 1999 Nissan Pulsar arrived at the location with a number of occupants. A male passenger exited the rear of the vehicle, entered the store and threatened the employee with a knife and firearm.

The employee complied with the male’s demands before he fled the scene in the blue Pulsar with a sum of cash.

The male is described as Caucasian, aged in his twenties with a slim build.

Police are urging anyone who may have witnessed the incident, have dash cam or CCTV footage of the vehicle, or can provide any information that could assist in the investigation to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or via the Crime Stoppers website.
