Police seek to identify offenders and witnesses in Civic assault

ACT Policing is seeking to identify those involved in an assault that took place in the Canberra Centre on Saturday, 10 June 2017.

About 9.20pm, police responded to a report of an altercation involving a number of people, which resulted in a male victim suffering facial injuries.

Police are now releasing CCTV footage of the incident and seeking the public’s assistance to identify three offenders and four witnesses.

The first male offender is described as about 20 years of age, wearing a long-sleeve dark blue shirt, with a light coloured top underneath, dark pants with rips in the knees, a sleeve tattoo on his left arm and trimmed facial hair.

The second male offender is described as about 20 years of age, wearing a long-sleeve light coloured shirt and black pants.

The third male offender is described as about 20 years of age, wearing a long sleeve dark blue shirt, dark coloured pants and a trimmed beard.
