Police search for escapee

ACT Policing is seeking the public’s assistance to locate 31-year-old Aaron Jones, who absconded from the Canberra Hospital about 3pm on Wednesday (16 August).

Mr Jones was in custody for breaching a court ordered condition. He appeared before court on Thursday 10 August and was later transferred to the custody of Health Officials at the Canberra Hospital.

He is described about 165cm (5’5”) tall, of solid build, with brown eyes, and a shaved head. He has a tattoo behind his left ear and the words ‘show no remorse’ tattooed on his right arm.

ACT Policing warns members of the public not to approach Aaron. If you see someone matching Aaron’s description or have any information regarding his whereabouts, please contact ACT Policing on 131 444.
