Police investigating suspicious fire in Narrabundah

ACT Policing is investigating a suspicious fire that occurred in Narrabundah early this morning (Tuesday, 23 January 2018).

Around 1.30am, police were called to Marlee Place, where a residence was reported to be well alight.

ACT Fire and Rescue attended and extinguished the fire. Following an analysis of the scene, police are treating the fire as suspicious.

ACT Ambulance Service attended the scene, but were not required to treat anyone.

The circumstances surrounding the fire are being investigated by ACT Policing Criminal Investigations.

Police ask that anyone who may have witnessed this incident, or have information about the fire, to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or via the Crime Stoppers ACT website.
