Police investigate aggravated robbery in Pearce

ACT Policing is investigating an aggravated robbery in Pearce around 3.30pm on Friday (8 September).

The victim was walking on a pathway near the Athllon Drive underpass when he was grabbed from behind by a man and threatened with a knife. The man took his wallet and phone and ran away.

The man is described as approximately 6 feet tall, Caucasian in appearance with a fair complexion, clean shaven, about 18 years old, with an average build.

He was wearing a black hooded jumper, light blue pants, black Nike brand shoes, a pair of ski goggles with a black and white band and an orange reflective visor, and purple gloves.

Police are calling for anyone who may have information in relation to this incident to contact Police on 131 444 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000. Information can also be provided via the Crime Stoppers ACT website.
