Man to face court following single vehicle fatality on Yarra Glen

A 21-year-old man will face the ACT Magistrates Court today (Wednesday, 3 January 2018) following a single vehicle road fatality which occurred on Yarra Glen last night, in which a person has died.

He is charged with culpable drive causing death, fail to stop and give assistance, disqualified driving, drive while unregistered, drive uninsured vehicle and exceed speed limit.

Police will oppose bail and the investigation remains ongoing.
