Man to face court following family violence incident

A 20-year-old man will face the ACT Magistrates Court this morning (Monday, 9 April 2018), following a family violence incident.

He was charged with two counts of assault occasioning actual bodily harm, damage property, common assault, driving a motor vehicle with alcohol in blood/breath, use registered/suspended vehicle, use uninsured vehicle and unlicensed driver/rider.

Police will oppose bail.
