Man to face court for act of indecency

A 38-year-old man will face the ACT Magistrates Court today (Saturday, 19 May 2018) charged with an Act of Indecency.

Following reports of a male committing indecent acts/exposure in Gungahlin, ACT Policing’s Criminal Investigations Team commenced an investigation and the man was arrested and formally charged yesterday.

If any person has recently witnessed an indecent act in Gungahlin, they are asked to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or via the Crime Stoppers ACT website.  Information can be provided anonymously.
