Man dies in Lake Ginninderra

ACT Policing is currently investigating the circumstances surrounding a male person located in Lake Ginninderra, Belconnen yesterday (Monday 25 December 2017).

About 3.40pm yesterday, Police responded to reports of a male drowning.

Police attended, however the man was unable to be revived.

No suspicious circumstances have been identified at this time surrounding the man’s death. However, a post mortem will be conducted as part of the investigation.

Police would like to call for witnesses who have not yet spoken with Police, to please call 131444 and provide contact details for follow up by investigators.
