Man dies following incident in Charnwood

ACT Policing is investigating the suspicious death of a 27-year-old man following an incident in Charnwood overnight.

About 1.30am today (Saturday, 11 January 2020) police received reports of a disturbance at a residence in Charnwood.

A 27-year-old man with stab wounds was transported to hospital by ACT Ambulance Service Paramedics, however he died a short time later.

Police are currently seeking to locate a 26-year-old man in relation to the incident. 

Police do not believe this person poses any threat to the community, but believe he can assist police with their enquiries. Police are urging the man to contact them immediately.
