Man charged with indecent exposure

ACT Policing has charged a 38-year-old man with indecent exposure following an incident in Fyshwick on Thursday (17 October 2019)

It will be alleged that the man exposed himself to a group of teenagers on Thursday afternoon.

On Friday afternoon (18 October 2019), one of the teenagers recognised the man at the same location and police were called.

Following enquiries made by police, the 38-year-old was arrested yesterday (20 October 2019) at his residence. He was subsequently charged with one count of indecent exposure.

He is scheduled to appear in the ACT Magistrates Court today (Monday 21 October 2019).
