Man arrested following family violence incident

A 28-year-old man will face the ACT Magistrates Court this morning (Tuesday, 27 February 2018), following a family violence incident.

The man was charged with forcible confinement, common assault, reckless threat to kill a person, recklessly/intentionally inflict actual bodily harm and arrest without warrant person on bail.

Police will oppose bail.
