Four to face court following rubbish dumping scam

Four people will face the ACT Magistrates Court today (Friday, 25 May 2018) following an investigation into a rubbish dumping scam that defrauded a Canberra waste disposal business.

A 41-year-old Earlwood (NSW) man was charged with obtaining a financial advantage by deception and using false documentation.

A 39-year-old Earlwood (NSW) man was charged with obtaining a financial advantage by deception and using false documentation.

A 49-year-old Queanbeyan (NSW) woman was charged with forgery and obtaining financial advantage by deception.

A 54-year-old Tarago (NSW) man was charged with forgery and obtaining financial advantage by deception.
