Chisholm man to face court for drug trafficking

A 27-year-old Chisholm man will face the ACT Magistrate’s Court today (Tuesday, 10 December 2019) charged with drug trafficking.

Yesterday morning, ACT Policing executed a search warrant at the man’s residence. During the search police located approximately 477 grams of a substance believed to be cocaine, with an estimated street value of more than $175 000.

The man was arrested and lodged at the ACT Watch House. He will face court today, charged with traffic in controlled drug other than cannabis

Police urge anyone who may have any information about illicit drugs to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or via the Crime Stoppers ACT website. Information can be provided anonymously.
