Woman to face court charged with arson

A 31-year-old woman will face the ACT Magistrates Court this morning charged with arson.

About 9.15pm last night (Thursday, 21 November 2019), police attended Eaglemont Retreat, Conder and found a house well alight.

ACT Fire & Rescue also attended, however the house was completely destroyed by the fire, which also caused smoke damage to a neighbouring property.

A woman was spoken to by police and subsequently arrested. She has been charged with one count of arson.
