Witnesses sought to reckless burnout incident
ACT Policing is seeking witnesses to a serious burnout incident that occurred recently.
Police are following up a report of a driver in a white Holden Ute conducting a burnout with two people in the rear tray. One of the people in the tray was in a wheelchair.
The burnout resulted in the vehicle catching fire – placing the occupants and bystanders at risk.
It is believed the incident occurred in a roadside car park to the west of the city and numerous witnesses were present.
