Witnesses sought to multiple incidents in Tuggeranong

ACT Policing is calling for witnesses and dash-cam footage following multiple incidents in Tuggeranong overnight.

Between approximately 9.30pm and 11.30pm last night (Saturday 23 November 2019) a number of incidents occurred where police believe the same people were responsible.

Police are keen to speak to anyone who witnessed any of the incidents or who have dash-cam footage of a red or maroon coloured sedan with no rear bumper in the areas of Calwell, Chisholm, Erindale and Kambah between 9.00pm and 11.30pm on Saturday night.

Outside the Calwell Tavern, a man allegedly produced a knife and demanded a woman hand over her handbag. She complied with his demands.

At a carpark near the Kambah Tavern a man allegedly made demands of another man however nothing was taken.

At the Domino’s Kambah demands were allegedly made of the staff however the man fled without taking anything.

At the Domino’s Erindale demands were allegedly made of staff however the man fled without taking anything.

And at the carpark outside the Vikings Chisholm club, demands were allegedly made of a woman resulting in her handbag being taken and the woman receiving minor injuries.
