Witnesses sought to MacGregor aggravated robbery

ACT Policing is seeking witnesses to an aggravated robbery at a residence in Rag Holmes Street, MacGregor yesterday (Friday, 5 July 2019).

Around 6.35am, when a woman was preparing to drive away from the residence, she was blocked in by a silver sedan that pulled in behind her vehicle.

A man got out of the silver vehicle, and allegedly threatened the woman with a hammer, the woman left her vehicle and went back inside the residence to call police.

The woman’s vehicle was not stolen, however several items were taken from it.

Police are also seeking anyone who may have dash-cam footage of the area or nearby residents whose CCTV systems may have captured vision of a silver sedan around the time of the incident.
