Witnesses sought to attempted ram raid in Kambah

ACT Policing is seeking witnesses to an attempted aggravated burglary in which a stolen vehicle has been used to force entry inside the Burns Club in Kambah yesterday (Tuesday, December 22).

Around 4.15am police responded to an incident whereby a Subaru Impreza has driven into the Burns Club, breaking through the front doors.

The offenders attempted to remove an ATM located in the front foyer, they were unsuccessful and fled the scene.

The number of offenders involved in the incident is still being assessed, but police believe three may have been in the vehicle.

AFP Forensic Services attended the scene and investigations are ongoing.
