Witnesses and dashcam footage sought to collision on Mt Ainslie

ACT Policing is seeking witnesses to a single vehicle collision that occurred on Mount Ainslie on Saturday night.

About 7:00am on Sunday 10 February 2019, walkers located a 20-year-old man in a gully near his vehicle off Mount Ainslie Drive, Mount Ainslie.

The man was the sole occupant and driver of the vehicle when his vehicle left the road after it failed to negotiate a bend.

Police believe the collision occurred about midnight on Saturday night and the man was not discovered until members of the public were walking by the next morning

The man was transported to the Canberra Hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries.
