UPDATE - Police seek witnesses to collision in Forrest - VEHICLE LOCATED

ACT Policing is seeking information into the whereabouts of an alleged stolen vehicle that was involved in a collision with a police vehicle in Forrest yesterday (Wednesday, 9 January 2019).

At about 3.40pm, a white Mitsubishi Pajero with registration ACT YJY44U on the front and VIC 1BF9VY on the rear collided with an unmarked police vehicle causing significant damage. One officer attended hospital for assessment of minor injuries.  

The Collision Investigation and Reconstruction team is investigating the circumstances of the incident and is asking for any witnesses who have not already spoken to police to come forward. Police are also asking for any dash cam or CCTV footage of the Pajero.
