Stolen property located in search warrant

Taskforce Nemesis has located and seized a number of stolen property items, including six rifles and over 1000 rounds of ammunition, during a search warrant on Saturday (7 October 2017).

After a number of enquiries in relation to a recent burglary, police obtained and executed a search warrant at a residence in Flynn.

During a search of the premises police seized property, including firearms, ammunition, drug items and other items believed to be stolen.

The man was arrested and will face the ACT Magistrates Court this morning (Monday 9 October) to answer firearms, drugs and stolen property charges. The man was also wanted on a first instance warrant.
