Search warrants yield cash, drugs and guns

ACT Policing continues to target and disrupt criminal activity within our community.

On Sunday, 3 June 2018, ACT Policing members from Woden Police Station and Criminal Investigations executed a search warrant at an address in Narrabundah.

Police seized suspected illicit drugs, one illegal firearm, firearm components, ammunition and suspected stolen property.

The same day, another warrant was executed at an address in Braddon.

Police seized suspected Cannabis plants and suspected illicit substances.

On Tuesday, 5 June 2018, ACT Policing members from Woden Police Station and the Crime Disruption Team executed a search warrant at an address in Rivett.

Police seized a sum of money, suspected illicit drugs, suspected steroids, two illegal firearms and ammunition.

Police are urging anyone who may have any information about these incidents, or any other incidents involving this crime type, to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or via the Crime Stoppers ACT website.
