Police seek witnesses to Hawker Shops carpark assault

ACT Policing is calling for witnesses and information regarding a reported assault at the Hawker Shops carpark last Sunday evening (6 September 2020).

Police believe the male offender punched and tackled another man in the shop’s carpark at Hawker Place around 6.10pm.

The victim yelled out for help and members of the public stopped to assist after the assault.

Anyone who may have witnessed the incident or came to the aid of the victim is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or via the Crime Stoppers ACT website.
