Police seek witnesses to Braddon pub assault

ACT Policing is seeking witnesses to an assault at a Braddon pub on Saturday, 17 August 2019.

About 10.20pm, police were called to the Civic Pub on Lonsdale Street following reports of an assault at the location.

A 40-year-old man was treated by ACT Ambulance Service paramedics at the scene and subsequently transported to hospital.

A number of witnesses are assisting police with their enquiries, however no arrests have been made at this time.

Police would still like to speak to anyone who witnessed the incident who has not yet spoken to police.
