Police seek witnesses to Banks assault

ACT Policing is seeking dash cam and CCTV footage following an assault in Banks yesterday (Thursday, 31 October 2019).

About 8.50pm, police were called to a residence in Abercrombie Circuit, Banks. It is alleged that a group of men produced a firearm and assaulted the resident.

It is alleged the men then damaged a vehicle parked in the driveway, before leaving the area in two vehicles.

Police are asking anyone who noticed anything suspicious in the area at the time, or who may have dash-cam footage of vehicles driving erratically,  to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or via the Crime Stoppers ACT website.
