Police seek witnesses and dash cam footage of linked ram raids

ACT Policing is seeking witness, CCTV or dash-cam footage of two ram raids that occurred yesterday (Thursday, 27 February 2020).

About 4.25am, the Liquor Land store at the Jamison Shops was rammed by a vehicle. The premises sustained damage; however, it appears nothing was stolen.

Then, about 5am, the Braddon Supermarket, located on Lowanna Street, Braddon was also rammed by a vehicle. The premises sustained significant damage and an amount of property was stolen.

Police believe the incidents are linked – a stolen silver Toyota Corolla wagon was used in both incidents. This vehicle was subsequently recovered by police in Downer later on Thursday morning.
