Police release CCTV footage of Chisholm aggravated robbery offender

ACT Policing has released CCTV footage in order to identify an offender involved in an aggravated robbery in Chisholm.

About 4am on Wednesday, 11 March 2020, police responded to reports of a robbery at the BP Service Station, located at the corner of Benham Street and Halley Street, Chisholm.

Police allege the man seen in the CCTV footage smashed his way into the shop with a hammer before threatening a staff member and demanding cash. The man later fled the scene on foot across Isabella Drive with a sum of money.

Police would like to speak to anyone who can identify the man from the CCTV footage, anyone who witnessed the incident who has not yet spoken to police, and anyone who may have dash-cam footage from the area around the time of the incident.
