Police investigate suspicious fire in Gilmore

ACT Policing is investigating a suspicious fire in Gilmore yesterday (Tuesday 31 December 2019).

At about 11pm police were called to a house fire on John Close. ACT Fire and Rescue attended and extinguished the fire.

The circumstances surrounding the fire are being investigated by Criminal Investigations detectives.

Police ask that anyone who may have witnessed the incident or have information about the fire, including CCTV footage or dash cam footage from around the area, to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or via the Crime Stoppers ACT website.
