Man to face court for 9 charges following family violence incident

A 34-year-old man will face the ACT Magistrates Court today (Saturday, 14 April 2018), following a family violence incident.

The man was charged with five counts of assault occasioning actual bodily harm, two counts of destroy/damage property not exceeding $5000, sexual intercourse without consent and possess offensive weapon with intent.

Police will oppose bail.
