Man charged for murder of Eden Waugh

A 31-year-old man will face the ACT Magistrates Court tomorrow (Friday, 8 December 2017) charged with the murder of 37-year-old Eden Waugh.

About 7.45pm, on Thursday, 3 November 2016, police were notified of a disturbance and an injured man at Windeyer Street in Watson. On arrival, police located a man who had sustained a fatal gunshot wound.

Following an extensive investigation, including a call for information from Mr Waugh’s parents, the 31-year-old man will be charged with one count of murder where police will oppose bail.

The police investigation into the murder of Eden Waugh is ongoing and police anticipate further charges as the investigation continues.
