Human remains discovered in Murrumbidgee River

ACT Policing is investigating the discovery of human remains in the Murrumbidgee River yesterday (Sunday, 1 December 2019).

Yesterday afternoon, police attended an area of the river south of Kambah Pool following a call from a member of the public.

Police are investigating the circumstances of the incident. At this time the identity of the remains have not been confirmed.
