Gordon man to face court for act of indecency

A 49-year-old Gordon man will face the ACT Magistrates Court today (Monday, 23 December 2019) charged with committing an Act of Indecency on a person under 16 years.

ACT Policing responded to a report that a man had committed indecent acts in a Tuggeranong department store on Sunday. The man was apprehended a short time later in a nearby store.

The quicker police can respond and attend to an incident of this nature, the quicker they can target the area and surrounds to locate the offender.
