Further CCTV released regarding murder of two year old child

ACT Policing Criminal Investigations has released additional CCTV video as part of the investigation into the suspected murder of two year old child, Safa Annour.

The toddler died on 30 April 2018 as a result of blunt force trauma and fatal internal bleeding.

A post mortem examination established these injuries were caused by another person.

ACT Policing has released new footage and is seeking the public’s assistance to identify the woman in the video.

The woman is not a suspect, but police believe she may be able to provide information about Safa in the days before she died.

The CCTV video was captured about 9.40am on Sunday 29 April 2018 in the area of Sturt Avenue, Narrabundah, ACT.

While the woman in the video is not a suspect, police have identified two other people responsible for Safa’s care during the time it is believed she suffered fatal injuries.

Police believe there are people in the community who have information relating to Safa’s murder, and they are calling for anyone with information surrounding her death to come forward.
