Lock your vehicle

Leaving your car unlocked makes it an easy target for opportunistic thieves.

Simply locking your car doors and placing valuables out of sight are effective deterrents, and you'd be surprised with the number of people that don't take these steps and unfortunately become victims of theft.

A number of vehicle break-ins and thefts occur at home, so always remember to secure your car even if it's parked in your driveway or garage.
