Police call for witnesses to linked vehicle collisions

ACT Policing is calling for witnesses and dash-cam footage of two vehicle collisions in Lyons and Yarralumla yesterday (Sunday, 19 July 2020).

About 6.45pm, police received reports a black 4WD utility rammed the back of a Black Volkswagen Passat on the southbound off ramp from the Tuggeranong Parkway to Hindmarsh Drive (reference 6579196).

About 7.00pm, police received further reports a black 4WD utility rammed the back of a small Grey Honda whilst driving southbound across Scrivener Dam on Lady Denman Drive (reference 6579187).

Police believe the same vehicle was involved in both incidents.

Anyone who witnessed the incidents or who may have dash-cam footage of the incidents is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or via the Crime Stoppers ACT website. Information can be provided anonymously.
